The workplace has always had two sets of rules: the ones written in the handbook, and the ones only HR knows. SpringsQuest exists to close that gap.
What we are
SpringsQuest is a company — not an individual coach or consultant. We are a team of HR practitioners who have spent a combined 14+ years inside human resources, from administrative roles through Director and HRBP positions at companies of all sizes. We have written PIPs. We have run performance reviews. We have sat across the table from employees in the hardest moments of their careers.
That experience is the product. Everything we publish — every guide, every checklist, every framework — is built from what actually happens inside HR, not what the HR industry says should happen.
Why we exist
Almost everything written about workplace situations is written for employers: how to manage performance, how to document terminations, how to defend decisions. The employee navigating a PIP, facing a difficult manager, or trying to understand their rights has almost nothing written for them — and certainly not from someone who has been on the other side of those decisions.
SpringsQuest is the resource we wish had existed for the employees we watched struggle through situations that were actually manageable — if they had known what we knew.
