Springs Quest Partners, LLC (“SpringsQuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates springsquest.com and related digital products, resources, email programs, and coaching services. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, including your name and email address when you sign up, download a resource, contact us, purchase a product, or book a service.
We also collect limited technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, referral source, pages viewed, and product interactions through Vercel hosting logs and PostHog analytics. Payment details are processed by Stripe. SpringsQuest does not store your full card number or bank information.
How We Use Information
We use your information to deliver purchased products, provide resources you requested, send transactional emails, respond to messages, manage coaching services, improve site performance, measure product interest, prevent fraud, and send opt-in marketing emails.
Email marketing is opt-in at signup. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell your personal information.
Workplace Privacy
SpringsQuest does not contact your employer, HR department, or any company you work for. Your use of our products and resources is completely private.
We do not share your email address, purchase history, downloads, messages, or coaching requests with employers or with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted service providers to run the business:
- Stripe for payments and checkout
- Resend for transactional email
- Loops for marketing email
- PostHog for analytics
- Vercel for hosting, CDN, and infrastructure
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to SpringsQuest. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Cookies and Analytics
We use session cookies necessary for site functionality and PostHog analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site ad tracking.
You can block cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work correctly if required session cookies are disabled.
Data Location
SpringsQuest is based in the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in the United States by SpringsQuest and our service providers.
GDPR and CCPA Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. SpringsQuest does not sell personal information.
To request data deletion or exercise privacy rights, email guide@springsquest.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including product delivery, customer support, legal, tax, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
SpringsQuest is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services change. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
