These Terms of Service govern your use of springsquest.com and the products, services, resources, and coaching provided by Springs Quest Partners, LLC (“SpringsQuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or purchasing from SpringsQuest, you agree to these terms.
Products and Services
SpringsQuest provides digital guides and workbooks (the PIP Shield), a free PIP checklist and self-check tools, and PIP Defense, a paid 1:1 strategy engagement booked through a scheduling link after purchase.
Digital guides and workbooks are delivered as instant downloads or by email after checkout. PIP Defense is scheduled through the booking link sent after purchase, and the session takes place within 3 business days.
No Legal Advice or Employment Guarantee
SpringsQuest products and services provide information, frameworks, and guidance. They do not guarantee any specific employment outcome. SpringsQuest is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
You are responsible for your own workplace decisions, communications, documentation, legal strategy, and job-search actions. If you need legal advice, contact a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
Purchases and Payment
Prices are listed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.
All purchases are one-time. SpringsQuest does not currently sell subscriptions or recurring memberships.
Refund Policy
If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 24 hours the PIP Shield is final, because you already have the files. PIP Defense is refundable within that same 24 hours as long as you have not booked your session yet.
Coaching Session Responsibilities
For a PIP Defense session, you are responsible for booking a time, attending the call, and providing accurate context about your situation.
Do not submit confidential third-party information, trade secrets, privileged legal communications, or private information about other people unless you have the right to do so.
Private Workplace Use
SpringsQuest is built for private employee-side guidance. We do not contact your employer, HR department, manager, or any company you work for because you visited the site, bought a product, or booked a service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, resell or redistribute paid materials, upload malicious files, or use SpringsQuest products for unlawful harassment, retaliation, impersonation, or deception.
Intellectual Property
SpringsQuest owns or licenses the site, products, copy, templates, frameworks, and related materials. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own career or workplace situation. You may not publish, resell, sublicense, or distribute paid materials without written permission.
Availability and Changes
We may update, pause, replace, or discontinue parts of the site or product catalog. We may also correct pricing, description, or availability errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpringsQuest is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site, products, services, or coaching. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid SpringsQuest for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual workplace situation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Springs Quest Partners, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
