No — never. SpringsQuest does not contact your employer, your HR department, or anyone at the company you work for. Not to verify your situation, not to follow up, not for any reason. What you share with us stays with us.
Is this confidential? Who can see that I visited this site or bought something?
Your visit to this site is private. Purchases go through Stripe's standard checkout — the charge will appear as "Springs Quest" on your statement, the same as any other online purchase. We do not share your name, email, or any details about what you bought with anyone. Your employer cannot see that you used this site.

What exactly do I get when I buy a product? How is it delivered?
Digital guides and workbooks are delivered instantly by email after purchase — you get a download link immediately. Coaching services (1:1 Strategy Call, PIP Defense Full Service) are booked through a scheduling link sent after purchase. The Async Video Audit is delivered as a recorded Loom critique within 48 hours of receiving your submission.
I'm on a 30-day PIP — where do I start?
Start with the free PIP checklist. It gives you the immediate action items you need in the first 72 hours. If your situation is more complex — documentation concerns, unclear timelines, a manager who has already made up their mind — the PIP Shield workbook or the PIP Defense Full Service are the next steps.
What is the difference between the PIP Shield and the PIP Defense Full Service?
The PIP Shield ($50) is a self-directed workbook — documentation templates, response frameworks, and the tactical playbook you work through on your own. The PIP Defense Full Service ($450) includes everything in the Shield plus a full audit of your specific situation and a 60-minute 1:1 strategy call where we work through your case together. If you're navigating something complex or high-stakes, the Full Service is the faster path to a clear plan.

If you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 24 hours, all sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Coaching services are non-refundable once a session is booked or a video has been submitted.
